Show us how you think
For most positions, shortlisted candidates complete a case study related to their area of expertise. This is not about finding the perfect answer. We are interested in how you approach complex problems, make decisions and communicate your thinking. We usually invite candidates to present their work in one of our offices, giving both sides the opportunity to experience what working together could look like.
Final discussions
Only a small number of candidates reach the final stage. By then, there is already a strong level of mutual interest.
